“As a teacher, I never stop trying to make connections link for my students. Every conversation or free moment is an opportunity to turn on that lightbulb. That is what teaching means to me.
As a student, I am always attempting to really make those connections on my own, while still listening intently to my mentors throughout the process. What can they teach me? What connections haven’t I yet made?
As a mother, I just want to live in that very second, wanting it never to end or be forgotten. Every minute she is making those connections and showing me even more, so that she becomes my teacher in so may ways.”
Everything comes full circle...
