We are a local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association, with headquarters at Wittman Field in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  We are made up of members who live in the Wisconsin - Illinois state line area.  We meet at Beloit Airport (44C on the upper left edge of the D-19 sectional chart, right on the WI / IL border).  Our meetings are usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7:30 p.m. and adjourn about 9:30 or 10:00 p.m.
