The joy of your passion for the water, the sea, and sailing was born. The Catamaran. Purchase a share of a 42’ Fountain Pajot Venesia owned by a group with a long sailboat partnership history. The history of the group spans 25+ years and four boats including a Tashing 41’, a Camper-Nicholson 39 Pilothouse, a Jeanneau 45’ and now the Fountain Pajot Venezia. Current Members are: a dentist, an entrepreneur, a retired IBM exec, a lawyer, a retired Army General, a retired fireman, and a software company owner-developer. Members are from Alaska, Florida, Kentucky, New York, and Ohio. Three Members are are non-commercial pilots. See Organization & Cost Page: There are currently Eight outstanding Shares. Seven are owned by the Current Members. One Treasury Share is being offered. This means that the net proceeds of the second share will be paid to the LLC Treasury; this share was purchased by the LLC from an exiting member. The Members have agreed that two “Treasury Shares” are not to be sold at this time, reserving two depending upon usage of the Boat. This is not an investment, or investment offering. This is not a timeshare. You are not purchasing a service. You are purchasing a Share of a Limited Liability Company. Operations are much like a partnership. We share responsibilities for expediting operations and maintenance. One Member is the Treasurer.
