Noodle Joins the Pack
One Wednesday afternoon, Bart wandered upon a little guy in our driveway. Was he dumped? Did he run away? Regardless of how he got here, he was here now. What do we do with this little guy? All seven pounds of this tiny 6 month old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix was full of love and kisses. We looked for signs, and found nothing. It was only a matter of days before we decided he was here to stay. DogBoy was hesitant. We were just now down to three dogs. Did we really want FOUR again? Cute,

Spring Break Beach Party!
Our first attempt at a holiday theme event for the dogs was a pure and total BLAST. Clients who boarded for spring break were invited at a nominal fee to sign their dog(s) up for a spring break beach party out at the pond, with homemade ice cream and a photo cd to take home for Mom & Dad.

Happy New Year!
Wow! 2007 Ended with a BANG. In the weeks since my last blog, I’m not quite sure where to start. The Christmas Holiday got busy early with three home boarders. Molly “The Diva” was back for an encore of snoozing and belly rubs at Casa de DogBoy. The Diva was joined by her two pals Rafe (also back from Turkey Day) and Jeb, affectionately termed the “Old Boys Choir”. They spent their days howling in unison at every opportunity, doorbell, or general milling about by humans. The kids

Mowgli’s Eyes Bigger than Stomach
Sweet Mowgli. He didn’t know what hit him. Sunday was a normal day. He went to the park, had some treats, ate his supper. No big deal. Monday, he came to DogBoy’s but didn’t seem to be himself. He had a rough day here (a disagreement with another dog), and seemed to feel pretty punky. He laid around a lot in the office, and soon after picking him up, his mom Michelle knew something wasn’t right. She tried feeding him his dinner. He was a good sport and ate a little - he even brought
