The Film Group meets on Friday evenings from 8.00 p.m. , monthly, usually the 2nd Friday of the month
We are a group of people interested in watching films which provoke a lively discussion
The films chosen are usually suitable for adults.
We aim to enncourage an interest in film and subsequent discussion of issues arising from the characters and the plot. Our members choose the films we watch, and recommend films they may have seen, and watch films they have missed at the cinema.
It provides a good forum from which to socialise.
We welcome new people. You do not have to come regularly - just sign up on the list on the Church notice board for any film, and come along
Venues move around members’ homes, so numbers are limited to about 10 per film.
