2009 SCR REGIONALS RETURNING TO CEDAR CREEK

The Cedar Creek Ski Park has ben selected as the host site for the 2009 South Central Regional Championships which will be held July 31st-August 2nd. The tournament will showcase the best slalom, trick, and jump water-skiers from the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Oklahoma. Saturday night August 1st the best slalom skiers, trick, wakeboard & show skiers will compete in the Fayetteville Night JAM a night time water sports festival held under the lights at the Cedar Creek Ski Park.

OLD SPICE & SECRET SPONSOR JUNIOR SCHOLARSHIPs AT 2008 SCR REGIONALS

The Cedar Creek Water Ski Park announced today that Old Spice & Secret have sponsored two scholarships for $750 each. The scholarships will be awarded to the best overall skier in the junior girls divisions G1-G3 combined and the best overall skier in the junior boys divisions B1-B3 combined based on total N.O.P.S. points scored at the 2008 South Central Regional Water Ski Championships. The total N.O.P.S. points scored will be calculated at the completion of Fridays events and the scholarship recipients will be announced at the Old Spice/Secret - Junior Awards Banquet Friday night. Old Spice & Secret are also sponsors of the Junior Awards Banquet and the Fayetteville Night JAM.
