"Chicago Steve" Barkley is a Bay Area based, internationally known comedy veteran of stage, screen, and radio.

Steve headlines comedy clubs all over the US, Canada, Mexico and even Guam!  He was voted one of America’s Funniest people.  He's appeared on "Showtime," "An Evening at the Improv," and was featured on ABC and was a featured performer in Michael Nesmith’s Grammy Award winning video Elephant Parts. He has shared the stage with Jerry Seinfeld, Whoopie Goldberg, Gary Shandling, Kevin Pollak, Dana Carvey, Sid Caesar, Milton Berle and Danny Thomas.

Steve has been a professional comedian for 30 years. He was a part of the zeitgeist of San Francisco Comedy and has served as both judge and emcee for San Francisco Comedy Competition for many years.

He has hosted his own comedy shows in the Monterey area for a decade. Steve has headlined at some of the premier resorts and comedy clubs on the west coast.
