For years, the worlds of business information technology and entertainment information technology have matured in silos.  Business IT is characterised by a focus on efficiency.  Entertainment IT is characterised by its ability to immerse the user in an engaging experience.  Our Serious Games projects are all about combining these two worlds to create highly effective business solutions for communications, strategy, innovation and human resources. We design, build, deploy and support solutions for businesses focussing on helping corporations make the most of Virtual Worlds and Serious Games. Organisations from Sony to Reuters, from IBM to Toyota are establishing a solid Virtual World presence.  Just look at the following case studies ...
Serious Games

A bit like snakes and ladders
A bit like trivial pursuit
London Dash is a game we are creating for the London Transport Museum.  We’re using the engagement of gaming to transfer learning about complex transport issues to a wide range of visitors - in fact, in excess of 2,000 visitors per day.  The game will include an Internet element which means that the experience can be continued in the home or the classroom after the visit.
Cisco have used the power of Serious Gaming in an application that partners and customer alike use to understand better the real value of Cisco products.

You run a chain of music stores, including a distribution warehouse and management function growing the business by increasing customer satisfaction, turnover and efficiency.  As you progress, a range of Cisco products are introduced just when you need them.  The game is fun to play and subtly, the player learns more about the complex world of Cisco in an engaging manner.

We’re helping one of the worlds largest and most successful b2b IT and services companies build their online presence within the new landscape of Virtual Worlds.  We’ll help them target potential new employees within months and show measurable value above and beyond their more traditional methods (and they’ve been pretty innovative already!)  We can’t broadcast exactly what we’re doing for them here, but the business case works very well.
We’re working with a major, global international aid organisation to help them create a new type of community, one that will; create marketing awareness on an unprecedented scale, generate shared understand of the complexities of their business and attract new forms of donation-based funding.
The United Nations’ World Food Programme (WFP) generated famous and unprecedented positive publicity through its Food Force game which has been downloaded over 4 million times since its release.  The game helps potential funders and volunteers understand the tactical and strategic complexity of WFP global operations.

Build employee and customer loyalty, generate viral marketing like never before, watch innovation unfold before your eyes.
It’s time to put Information Technology to work.
