My “why” or my “reason for living” is my wonderful family.  I have two wonderful grown kids and two fabulous grandsons.  My daughter Chandra lives nearby and is living life to the fullest, traveling all over the world, the Peace Corp in Africa, she’s trekked the Himalayas and taught high school in Roatan on two different charity tours. 


My son, Cole is a successful filmmaker and  is married to Shawn, a former model and triathlete, with their boys, Zane and Finn, live nearby.  I am so proud to be Mamie to Zane (9) and Finn (3) who have stolen my heart.  My favorite time is when I am with them!


My three sisters and  Dad live near Houston, Texas.  Two of my sisters and my Dad all own Harleys and I enjoy visiting and riding whenever we can.  It’s too much fun!


Most of my life has been spent in some artistic endeavor.  I’ve worked the past 11 years in the interior design world.  I was trained as a porcelaine artist, and have painted murals on every medium you can imagine.  It’s a true passion of mine.


Currently, I am coaching and mentoring home business owners online and have acquired a new passion for internet marketing.

I have had a   blessed life. From a college degree, to soloing in a Cherokee single wing airplane. On my father's 80th birthday, (he was a WWII air force pilot). I surprised him at Van Nuys airport with family and friends and taxied away alone in the single wing Cherokee... knowing he just figured out what I was about to do... After successfully landing and taxiing back to the family, I could hardly make my way out onto the wing.  As we hugged, cried and not a dry eye to be found, he pinned his wings on me.

That was a defining moment in my life!

We are located in Ventura County, California.  A little spoiled, we are about 20 minutes from the Pacific in several directions, surrounded by mountains and breathtaking scenery and weather.
