On the last Friday of every month parents come to Encanto and participate in their child’s education. Mr. Garza, our PAL, begins by teaching the parents what they will see demonstrated in the classrooms. The parents then go into the classrooms and work with their child using the same strategies that they just learned and that the teacher is also using in reading instruction.
