Offensive Player of the Week:

Raymond Maples (Sr. – RB)

-The biggest member of the Burrs’ star-studded backfield went for 120 yards on just 13 carries. After the West defense stopped Roman on their overtime possession, he ended the game with a bruising 15-yard run through the middle of the line. Earlier he had a 65-yard jaunt nullified by a penalty.

Defensive Player of the Week:

Dante Dickens (Jr. – LB)

-The athletic backer played an active game and was in on a total of nine tackles. 

Special Teams Player of the Week:

Tim Carroll (Jr. – K)

-The junior kicker made all four of his PAT attempts and did a good job on kickoffs, which included one that went for a touchback.
