Offensive Player of the Week:

Brandon Hollomon (Jr. – RB)

-Hollomon accounted for 129 yards (93 rushing) of offense and scored one touchdown on a 43-yard run.

Defensive Player of the Week:

Anthony McDonnaugh (Jr. – LB)

-McDonnaugh’s 77-yard fumble return for a touchdown gave the Burrs a brief fourth quarter lead. He also led the defense with 6 totals tackles, including a half-of-sack.

Special Teams Player of the Week:

Jake Grogan (Sr. – P)

-Grogan, a newcomer to the team, got his first start as the Burrs’ punter. What he might have lacked in total distance, he more than made up for in hang-time. Three of his four punts were fielded as fair catchers. Overall, he averaged 29.0 yards per kick and had a long of 36 yards.
