Offensive Player of the Week:

#6-Joshua Mathis (Jr. – RB)

-Mathis got the Burrs on the board with an 80-yard dash on their first offensive play. The next time he touched the ball he zipped 45 yards for another score. He finished with 180 yards on just 10 carries. Good for a lofty 18.0 yards per carry.

Defensive Player of the Week:

#18-Anthony McDonnaugh (Jr. – LB)

-McDonnaugh spearheaded the Burr’s defense early with a pair of sacks. All total the sacks netted ten yards. He also added two other tackles. 

Special Teams Player of the Week:

#9-Ray Manuel (Sr. – DB)

-A starter in the Burrs’ secondary, Manuel showed his value on special teams with a trio of tackles on kickoff coverage. He later made a key interception in the end zone, returning the ball 51 yards.
