Offensive Player of the Week:

Curtis Drake (Sr. – QB)

-Drake set the tone early and often for the Burrs while accounting for 240 combined passing and rushing yards. On just four rushes he sped for 142 yards, including a 69-yard scoring run. He wasn’t asked to throw much, but was effective when he did. He finished 3-for-4, for 98 yards, including an 18-yard touchdown. 

Defensive Player of the Week:

Artis Carroll (Sr. – DE)

-In an active game, Carroll registered 7 total tackles, including 5 solos. Two of his tops went for losses. 

Special Teams Player of the Week:

Rob Hollomon (Sr. – RB/DB)

-R. Hollomon scored the game-winning touchdown on a scintillating 65-yard punt return. He ended with 3 total punt returns for 108 total yards. From the backfield he made the most of his five rushes, scoring 4 touchdowns (75, 30, 10, & 35 yards) and totaling 156 rushing yards.
