Offensive Player of the Week:

Offensive Line

-This unit has been solid all season long. In this game they helped the Burrs roll to 324 yards of offense. Members include; sophomore center Dom DiGalbo, senior guards Jake Zuzek and Marcus Burwell, junior tackle Rodney Linder and senior tackle Erik Harper, and junior tight end Jim Lynch.

Defensive Player of the Week:

Bill Tobin (Sr. – LB)

-The defensive signal caller for the Burrs orchestrated a great team effort by the defense that yielded just 62 yards of offense (3 rushing yards) to the Cardinals. Tobin recorded a sack and made one other tackle, but beyond the numbers it’s his leadership that helps shape this unit.  

Special Teams Player of the Week:

Brandon Hollomon (Jr. – RB)

-Hollomon broke the game open with a scintillating 99-yard punt return. This broke an 87-year old mark for longest punt return in city postseason history. Hollomon scored three other touchdowns in the game (two rushes, reception) and accounted for 237 all-purpose yards on just six touches.
