Offensive Player of the Week:

Eric Young (Sr. – WR)

-Young helped the Burrs get off to a quick start with two touchdown grabs. His scoring plays went for 22 and 30 yards. He finished with 3 catches for 61 yards. 

Defensive Player of the Week:

Ray Maunel (Jr. – DB)

-Manuel was a main cog for a Burr defense that allowed just 44 total yards. He made 5 tackles (4 solos, 1 TFL) and one pass defend. He also returned a fourth quarter interception 64 yards for his first career varsity touchdown.

Special Teams Player of the Week:

Jaelen Strong-Rankin (Soph. – Holder)

-This is pretty much a season-long honor for Strong-Rankin, who had done an excellent job as the holder on extra-points. His hands and placement have helped kicker Tim Carroll to a 62-for-68 success rate. Today, he played a part in seven made extra-points.
