NEW REVIEWS FOR “MY WAY” AT THEATRE BY THE SEA!

UPCOMING PROJECTS

I just started performances on the beautiful coast of Rhode Island for the Frank Sinatra tribute show My Way at Theatre by the Sea, directed by creator David Grapes. In my journey through the decades review-style, I figure this covers the 40’s and 50’s, so I’ve just about got the 20th century covered! The music is fabulous, the cast is dynamite, and the beach is steps away . . . And after we finish here, we are headed to another gorgeous beach--Laguna Beach that is--to perform My Way at the Laguna Beach Playhouse. It’s a summer of Frank!

In the meantime, I’m traveling back and forth to NYC to music direct I Never Saw Another Butterfly for my good friend Michael Pizzi’s organization “Touching Humanity”. This is a beautiful show about the children of the Terezin ghetto during World War II, whose artwork survived the war and is currently on display at the Anne Frank Center in downtown New York city.

Also, look for me in the second-to-last episode of NBC’s Kings. Can’t give away too much now, but as the season progresses, I’ll try to give out a few details without spoiling the end of the season!

RECENT PROJECTS

On May 10th, I was featured in my FOURTH Broadway Loves the 80’s concert on at Joe’s Pub, where I sang Patti Labelle’s classic “New Attitude” and met the cowboy from the Village People!

In March, I had the opportunity to play the lead role of Maggie Hobson in the staged reading of new musical This Life! by Deb Silver. This Life! is based on the movie “Hobson’s Choice” and played three sold-out performances at the 45th Street Theater and St. Luke’s Theater in midtown. I hope to have more news about this project soon!

CASEY WAS NOMINATED FOR A KEVIN KLINE AWARD FOR BEST LEADING ACTRESS IN A MUSICAL FOR LITTLE WOMEN!
