it all began with a walk. a simple, no-big-deal walk. i am on this diet/exercise plan and today i was supposed to do two things -- one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.

what a bummer it was to head home from birchwood and our rockin’ lake vacation! we made so many fun memories with so many fun family members that we hated to see it end. but end it must, and so we
