Morning at the Hospital

Nate and I had a great visit at the hospital this morning. We started by delivering the remaining baby formula to the pediatric ward of the hospital. A volunteer from Orlando, who was raised in Haiti, had returned for two weeks to assist with the earthquake victims. She explained to us that most if not all of the supplies at this hospital had been donated by people and organizations from the United States and France. She also explained that they were in short supply of baby formula, blankets, diapers, baby wipes and several other items. She expressed her deep gratitude to the individuals that sent the baby formula with us.
Next, we were able to deliver a stuffed animal from Olivia in Houston, Texas. She asked me to give this kitten to some little girl in Haiti that needed it. We found Naika at the hospital and quickly presented her with the stuffed animal. Olivia was excited to know that a little girl would have a soft companion during this difficult time, and it might also comfort her head as a pillow. Thank you Olivia for caring for the people of Haiti.
I just found out that Olivia is going to be baptized. I know that her parents are very proud of her.
Olivia from Houston, Texas wanted a little girl from Haiti to have her stuffed animal.
Thank you Olivia
