Shaolin monks visited the Beijing photo studio last week. I spent quite a bit of time testing their kungfu skills.  I studied their headlock counters, hair grab counters( difficult to pull a bald monks hair) and other joint manipulation type techniques.  Although these guys are authentic Shaolin monks with lightning quick movements, these days, they spend most of their time performing at a Beijing theater and picking up on chicks...  I’m still not clear about how a monk can lead such a secular life.  They explained that they are “on vacation” from the strict vows-permanently.   Show biz is show biz.
