I am pleased to be able to invite you to the second annual Tour de Tuscaloosa, which is shaping up to be a great race weekend! We will be featuring two days of racing starting on Saturday with The City of Tuscaloosa Criterium – THE HARDEST CRITERIUM IN ALABAMA! This is a 1 mile race course with six turns and one MONSTER hill. Bring your climbing legs or don’t come!! On Sunday, we will be hosting The Druid City Road Race at scenic Lake Lurleen State Park, a great place for the family to hang out. This race course is a ten mile loop with rolling hills and good pavement. Our sponsors have been very generous this year and we are going to be able to increase the purse to $7000.00, which is $1000.00 more than last year! Please mark your calendars and plan to come to the Tour de Tuscaloosa this year. It promises to be a great week-end of racing.
