Polka Dot Skull is offering a qualified High School Senior the chance to win a $500.00 Scholarship.
Requirements are at least a 3.5 GPA and student applying must be able to prove a part time job for the past 6 months with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Please submit via email a 500 word essay describing what you have done during your 4 years of high school that helped others; volunteer work, charitable donations, etc.
Winner will be selected via this website on June 1, 2009.
