Numinous

Numinous is an exploration of spaces that activate the imagination through playful sensation.

I work primarily with materials that are inviting to the touch, whether it is soft and pliant or fibrous.  Often these materials manifest themselves into complex structures that encourage interactivity.

Numinous consists of hundreds of tiny tangible light points that float on air currents within the night sky.  Numinous hints at otherworldly and ethereal places.  It functions as a catalyst for imaginative contemplation while simultaneously making us innately aware of our physical surroundings.
