ARE YOU BLESSED?
As far as I am concerned “blessed” is right near the top of the list of overused and misunderstood words in the Christianese lexicon. Not to sound like Oscar the Grouch or be a straight up hater, but I’m not convinced most people really know what the word blessed means from a Biblical standpoint. To read more click Blog

UPDATE 03.11.12
WHAT TO DO ABOUT BULLYING
It used to be if you were bullied you had a couple of options of how to deal with it. You teased and picked on your bully right back. You ignored your bully or pretended to ignore them, and cried when you got home with no one around. You found someone weaker than you to tease instead. You punched the bully in the mouth or arranged a time and place to settle things after school, or class, or whatever. You embraced the thing that you were bullied about even if it wasn’t true so that way they wouldn’t think it bothered you as much as they hoped. You could talk to a parent or mentor, and they would provide some perspective and compassion. You could do all those things, but the one thing you didn’t do was terminate the life of others, yourself, or both. I am perplexed by the hopelessness as a result of bullying that would lead someone to take lives.
