I have always had a fondness for vintage items.  Anything from old photographs to afghans.  It occurred to me after many thrifting trips that something should be created from some of these lost items. The former lives of these vintage fabrics inspired me to create handbags and suitcases made from pre-loved fabrics.  Finally, an excuse to use treasures that appeal to me!
