Program aims: To select development players who have the greatest chance of being selected in National Senior Squads (NS), National Development Squads (NDS), National Junior Squads (NJS) and National Talent Identification (TID) lists, within 3 to 4 years. Support South Australian athletes in National Senior, Development and Junior Squads and prepare them to perform in National and International competition in accordance with National training objectives and individual player requirements. Develop a youth base to consolidate HSA High performance operational performances and feed SASI Hockey and the National Program post 2012. “Attack the outcome.”
