Buck is a retired public school Art teacher of 32 years.  He obtained his Master’s Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Studio Art with a thesis titling, “Casting Techniques of Handmade Paper.”  Buck has been making baskets since 1981.  His other work interests include sculpture, drawing, painting and collecting.  He lives with his wife in Kenmore, Washington.
