The River Delta Unified School District’s Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment Program (BTSA) is committed to providing a rich and thoughtful induction process for all beginning first and second year teachers.  This program will engage participants in reflective conversations with experienced and trained faculty, which gives opportunities for authentic self-reflection and practical application of teaching theories.  By building professional relationships and a supportive learning community, the River Delta Unified School District’s BTSA Program hopes to attract and retain quality teachers, which in turn, will strengthens our professional community and improve the quality of instruction for all students.
