Above is a picture of the United Methodist Church of Hartford, my current place of employ.  I am the new pastor as of July 2005.  The church is located in the West End of Hartford, Connecticut, the capital of the state and a financial and cultural center.  Prior to coming to Hartford, I lived and worked at two churches in New York City.  I am a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and the Theological School at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.  A native Texan, I have family in Texas, Oklahoma and California.  My significant other, Courtney, lives in New Mexico.  So, I travel a lot these days!
