For this client we tried many variations for their combined garage, storage, game room and reading loft.
We examined different siding treatment, loft placement and even moved the location to the opposite side of the house.
The more modest garage below includes a small guest suite upstairs with a bath and kitchenette.
For a client with a beautiful 19th c. home by McKim, Mead, and White, a large carriage house was planned with space for 6 cars (3 on lifts) and a spacious game room above
