Cynthia Brown graduated Suma Cum Laude with a BFA in Graphic Design, from Pratt Institute, in Brooklyn, New York, in 1984. She then had her own graphic design business for the next twenty years; ten of which were in Los Angeles, California, and the last ten, in the Roaring Fork Valley of Aspen, Colorado. Cynthia has been recognized with countless regional and national awards for logos, advertising, illustrations, and publication designs.

 

Recently Cynthia has traded in her layout programs for paints. However, her love for the

graphic arts is still present in her work, which is evident in her use of bold compositions, rich colors, and pleasing textures.
