Welcome to Odelia Farms! We are located in Troy, Illinois, just east of St. Louis, gateway to the west. We specialize in suri alpacas with soft, dense, lustrous fiber. The quality of our herd is evident in both its confirmation as well as its fleece. Take your time as you review each alpaca and see what we have to offer.
Our Herd
As both a baby and a yearling, Black Lace did very well in the show ring. She is currently bred to MacGyver’s Balboa expecting a 2008 fall cria. Our newest addition, Odelia’s Snowy River, out of Snowmass Lightning Locks is really something to write home about. She is just an adorable little girl, with soft beige curls, beautiful confirmation and a gorgeous phenotypic suri head. Each new addition has helped us come a little closer to our vision of alpacas with incredibly soft, lustrous fiber whose quality shows in both density and fineness.
Our Breeding Lines
Our alpacas have bloodlines from well known names such as Uribe, Fruzane Noir, Baron, Inca Hoots, Peach Boy, Snowmass Lightning Locks and Silver Bullet. These blood lines are time tested and have a history of producing great fiber, wonderful confirmation and beautiful alpacas.
Our Herd Sire
We've recently acquired a young herd sire who began settling his first females this past fall. We are offering Silver Ray's Premier of APS (Rayson) at a very reasonable price as we are anxious to get some of his babies on the ground. You won't be disappointed when you see this striking young male. Even shorn he is just beautiful!

We are also offering hand spun and hand knit sweaters, sweater-jackets, vests and more. Please look in the Alpaca Wear section of this website for more information. These custom sweaters are garments that you will be proud to wear and will stand the test of time.
