The ‘blog’ and ‘podcast’ pages are feeds that you can subscribe to in an RSS program or itunes. The blog is an online journal and like an old fashioned diary contains my innermost uncensored thoughts, so be warned. The podcast is an audio and video feed that provides audio (MP4 / ACC) and video (M4V) files that load directly into subscribers iTunes library.
