Chad Brealey - Head Waiter
The host and head waiter of the evening, Secondo (Chad Brealey) takes Big Night very seriously. Oh yes. Making the guests happy is his focus while his “brother” Primo is busy slaving away in the kitchen, not to mention making Secondo’s life a living hell. For Secondo, presentation of the food is just as important as the cooking of it and guests tend to enjoy his quips and one-liners delivered in a dubious Italian accent. This year’s Big Night was held in the backyard of 3308 Ash Street, a home rented by Secondo (top floor) and Cristiano (main floor). It is a real family affair. By day, Chad is the Director of Development for the Pacific Salmon Foundation where he helps save salmon in hopes he can continue eating them.
