The culinary master behind Big Night is Josh Skye. Trained in Italy, Primo has been cooking Italian cuisine for 10 years and has been the integral part of Big Night since its inception on a stormy evening in 2002. Primo is a self-admitted control freak and enjoys swearing and yelling at his help, Secondo and Cristiano.
