What we require: 1) parking within a reasonable distance (reimbursement for parking charges) 2) a flat load-in pathway at least 2ft. in width. There may be additional charges for stairs, beach parties,etc. 3) an electrical outlet within 90’ of the band’s set up area. This cannot be shared with lighting, blenders or major appliances. 4) a flat, dry, shaded area to set up on. Bare sand is unacceptable. Stages or platforms that wobble are unacceptable. Sunlight drastically damages steeldrums. If you can’t provide complete shade for the band you must notify us at least 5 days prior to the performance date so that we can bring our own shading ( possible additional charge).
