The Sobo Family have recently set up a charitable trust in honour of their lost family members and hope to reach a target of £25,000.

The charity is called The Abigail and Steven Crampton Trust and it is hoped that once the target has been reached then an Annual Music Prize will be awarded to a deserving child on Tyneside.

Beyond that it is hoped that a substantial donation can be made to the Haematology Unit at the Royal Victoria Infirmary where Yemi Sobo was often treated for his Sickle Cell condition.

Two good friends of Yemi have got together to record this fabulous tribute to the man himself.

John Paul Denton (JP) and John Elliott made the recording late last year following a conversation JP and I had over a beer.

“It’s all good” was something you’d hear Yemi say all the time and the Lyrics to the song just sum The Predator up to perfection!

You are very welcome to listen or download the track from the podcast or music page on this site for FREE but what we really want you to do is buy a limited edition CD.

All the proceeds from the CD sales are going to The Abigail & Steven Crampton Music Foundation.
