“ Late one night, I was experimenting with some crazy grooves in my studio, flipping the beats from electro to real sounding drum kits and really messing with the tempo changes. I called Kwame (Filllys manager) and said get your ass down here now, I have found the sound for Fiilly. 30 mins later Kwame walked through and I said don’t say a word and just hit play on Protools. While he was listening to the track he typed something into his blackberry, when the track ending he flipped his phone around and it said “Sliide” Were both knew we were onto something great ! “
