Services

Packages must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable. Days do not need to be used consecutively, nor do they ever expire. Packages can also be transferred to friends or family if childcare service is no longer needed.

Provider Fees: Short-term

$15/hr, $1 each additional child

Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)

Long-term Guarantees:

If in the event a provider cannot fulfill the terms of her agreement, Boston’s Best BabySitters guarantees the replacement of one childcare provider at no additional cost. In such a case, families will have access to one of Boston’s Best BabySitters temporary providers until a suitable replacement is found. Temporary arrangements are based on availability. Agency will also provide temporary back-up care at no additional cost should Provider need to take time off due to illness, personal emergencies or vacation.

Agency Fees: Event

Multiply the number of providers needed each day times the number of days needed. If this number does not neatly fit into the chart above, we will make a package to fit your event needs.

We can also equip your event for the cost of supplies, plus an additional $50/day set-up fee. Activities may include an arts & crafts station, age-appropriate games, reading/quiet corner, dress-up area and more! Tailor your event by age, theme and special requests! We happily recommend magicians and balloon specialists.

All Agency Fees are paid via credit card on the first day of services. Clients are responsible for both Provider and Agency Fees. While short-term Provider Fee and Transportation are paid to the provider in cash at the end of each day of service, long-term payment is arranged directly between Family and Provider, usually paid by check at the end of each week.
