Christmas 2007
We started with a wonderful turkey dinner at our house in Rowlett, with 14 in all. Becky’s parents, Earl and Bonnie, came from Dallas. Becky’s older brother Lon came with his youngest daughter Heather from California, and his oldest son Chad came from Washington, DC. Our son Matthew with his wife Hannah and children Carys and Rhys came from Arlington, and Hannah’s parents (Vern and Sheryl) came from Little Elm.
The day after Christmas we drove to Houston. We first stopped at Kedrick and Lauren’s apartment, seeing their son Dorian (Lon’s first grandson) for the first time. Then Becky and I drove to Angleton to visit with my daughter Patricia and her son Trevor. (Joe and Seth were both at work.)
