The third floor boy’s bedroom is outfitted with 2-story “rock climbing wall & fire pole. A cycling/ exercise/ workout space on the lower level looks into the back yard. An artist studio/ garage at the rear is linked to the main house with the rear entrance/ mudroom. Sustainably harvested cedar siding & pre-patinated copper panels give the house an organic contemporary look and feel.
