UPDATE: I recorded an all-acoustic instrumental version of this using the D-28 and two condenser mics. I’d like to flesh-out the structure and do an electric rock version using the fatter tone of the Hofner as above.

ORIGINAL POST: This is just a start--a preliminary short sketch--for something that felt like a groove. Any ideas? Quick-take collaborators? I hope to get at least a rough sketch of something up for feedback by then. Please disregard my asynchronous head-bobs... blame it on Web compression/streaming.

Words on a whim, scrawled quickly, may/not ever be used:

    I gave her a look

    She gave me her name

    We shared some chat, but

    She didn’t give her domain

Too early to tell if I’ll do that electric version. Give me a year or so.
