I am working on a painting for the 2008 ATCA Fine Arts Auction. I have wanted to do a painting from this image that I took at an ATCGP Match Show in 2005. It shows that even the young girls have that Airedale fire!

 

I was ringside, taking pictures that day. I remember that Mako was lying on the ground beside me - on his back with his back legs wide open! Yes, my boy was flashing the girls! Adele Abe was handling the girl on the left and when they went around the ring, there was Mako - exposed to the world. Of course, he was a major distraction! I heard Adele say. “Ignore him” as she maneuvered past. It wasn’t easy... I kept trying to get Mako to stand  up or at least close his legs! That devil kept showing his goods to the girls every time I went back to taking pictures! Yeah, he was real subtle about what he had in mind.
