About your Tutors
I started my career as a personal trainer in the 1980s and then went on to study Sport and Remedial Massage at the LSSM. I am now one of the team of Lead Lecturers on the LSSM BTEC diploma course and, up until recently, was Lead Lecturer at the Holos Massage School and guest lecturer at Inspire Massage School. I run my own successful practice which encompasses GaitScan foot analysis from which I am able to prescribe custom made orthotics. Currently I am immersed in the development of BlueChip CPD and studying clinical pilates for my working practice. My passion for teaching has lead to my collaboration with Rachel and the launch of the BlueChip Massage CPD school.
I started my career as a molecular cell biologist researching the genetic regulation of cellular processes and breast cancer as a post-doctoral research scientist. Following this I had a long career in scientific publishing, and eventually went on to study Sport and Remedial Massage at the LSSM. Having qualified at the LSSM I set up my own clinical practice. Ever since the early days of my practice I have collaborated with Marius and, as a result, BlueChip Massage CPD emerged. I am very passionate about my work as a sport and remedial massage practitioner, and as a teacher. I am currently studying clinical pilates and manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder method) to be able to provide a more complete approach to treatment. I am currently the Lead Lecturer at the Holos Massage School.
