The full-day intensive is totally customized to your needs, taking into consideration your current level of motivation (or lack thereof), addressing your specific lifestyle challenges, and (if necessary) bringing to the surface any resistance you may have. The first hour is devoted to discovering your needs, wants, and developing the plan for the day.
This program is NOT for everyone . . .
- At $1,200 for the day, it is expensive. (For Loraine to travel
outside San Diego, add time, travel and accommodations),
