Barbara has over 20 years experience working as a corporate and individual trainer, helping people take action and achieve goals.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Human Behavior. In addition to her formal education, she has certification, training, and experience delivering corporate training programs that include: leadership, effective communication, teamwork, salesmanship, goal achievement, project management, temperament and type analysis, and more.
When it comes to personal development, she is trained in and provides classic and cutting-edge technologies for improving effectiveness and change, including: cognitive conditioning, positive affirmations, journalling, hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic programming, dream analysis, and more.
These proven technologies create the change in attitudes and behaviors that lead to success with all kinds of goals: weight loss, smoking cessation, goal accomplishment, and more.
Having been raised in an “unhappy” home and without role models for living successfully, Barbara became interested in human behavior and tools for effective living. She used those tools to overcome her personal challenges and enabled her to help others achieve their goals. Having struggled personally, Loraine has understanding and compassion that lends much to her message:
