Episode 16: Earth Day Rap
This is a rap performed by our students as we celebrated Earth Day ’07. It seems like yesterday to me when I was a college student at Chapel Hill. We celebrated something called Apple Chill. I think it was a type of earth day celebration. I used GarageBand to enhance it, but did not add the intro and extro that a good podcast should have...sorry. In a rush.

Episode 15: March Mashup
April is almost half way over and I just noticed that we had not posted a podcast in March. Ouch! In this episode, we chat with two North Whiteville Academy students. One is a middle school student, the other is a high schooler. Dondi shares how he has been using Quizlet to learn vocabulary. Students earn classroom credit for completing short assignments on Quizlet.

Episode 14: W. Blaine Beam School
Episode 14 is hosted by Photography in Science student Chester. Chester introduces Mr. Blake has he interview two students from the William Blaine Beam Intermediate School in Cherryville, North Carolina. These students tell how they are using technology in Cherryville which is located in Gaston County. Episode 13: A Truckcast About Podcasting
Episode 13 for school year 2006-2007, is a different type of podcast. This podcast is called a truckcast: a podcast recorded in a pickup truck. Episode 13 was recorded on the way to work Feb. 12, 2007. Episode 12: Ouida Myers on Software
Episode 12 for 2006-2007 school year is hosted by Photography in Science student Kari. This episode originated from the 2007 Legislative School Technology Day, Feb. 13, 2007, in Raleigh, NC. Kari introduces Mr. Blake and his guest from North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Ouida Myers, EETT Grant Consultant, discovered Sompy software while visiting a booth. Over 60 North Carolina school districts shared many technology tips at this annual invitational event. In Mr. Blake's
