Jimmy Choo, London-based designer of up-market shoes, born in 1961.


Nicol Ann David (nickname: “the Duracell Bunny”), born 1983, women’s squash world champion.


P. Ramlee, iconic actor, writer, singer and director prominent in the 1950s, died in 1973 [Cinema].
