I’ve been a programmer, consultant, writer, CEO.  Not to mention mechanic, roustabout, short order cook, pilot.  But the equation above kind of sums it up.  My passion is technology; coming up with strategies to leverage the latest real tools, then deploying simple, powerful products that respond well to marketing.

I also do a lot of public speaking and consulting.  My particular pleasure is putting information in front of audiences that they may have never seen or thought of, then putting that information in a context that may then be actionable.

Luckily I’ve gotten great marks for my presentations, because it’s something I really enjoy.

“Tim’s 2005 keynote still has people talking.  It was the single best keynote in 11 years of programming.”
