I have always had a love of animals..... Cats, dogs, mice, hamsters and fish have been part of my existence since I was born! As time went by I began to notice a deep empathy developing between me and those beloved pets I shared my home with. I began to be concerned that many people did not realise the enormous responsibility involved in looking after pets, and more importantly, that animals were deeply sentient beings who had the capacity to suffer terribly.

To this end, I began working with rescue animals during the mid-90's, and in 1999 joined the Mayhew Animal Home in North London as a volunteer to specifically work with unwanted rabbits. I have fostered untold numbers at my home, and find new loving homes for every one. I feel it is important to emphasize the value of every living creature, and give them all the best quality of life possible.

Although I had felt a deep connection with animals for a very long time, and was becoming increasingly conscious of 'messages' I seemed to be receiving from them on the most mundane of subjects (for example they would let me know what name they would prefer to be called!), it was during my work with rescues that an animal first communicated with me with startling clarity. Incredible though it sounds, I was working in rescue one day and I reached out and touched an animal, and in return felt an electric shock of energy and imagery which reduced me to tears. I interpreted this as meaning that he knew his death was near. The owner of the rescue telephoned me to say that he died the next day.

From that day on, I began to develop my intuitive and empathic abilities, and animals began to communicate with me when being held or stroked, and those in need began to take healing from me. I was called to work at various rescues, where animals would be brought to me, and working closely with vets, I would clarify medical or behavioural problems, and help with understanding what the needs of the various animals were.

I taught myself to work with photographs of animals so that I could reach more of them and faster, and I would work with people over the phone. From there I began to set up workshops on a monthly basis so that friends and others could learn the techniques of this wonderful gift and become closer to their own animals. All the time I am learning more and more from experienced animal communicators and others with intuitive abilities and also from the animals themselves, who give me the greatest guidance.

On several occasions I have worked in conjunction with veterinary physiotherapists, which is useful as during the treatment I am able to ask the animal how they are responding to the manipulation.

Over the last few years I have spoken with many animals of all different species - both those that are still with us and those that have passed over. I also work alongside healers and homeopathic vets, and many people have been referred to me by them to help identify medical and other problems. 'If only they could tell me what was wrong....' .... animals can of course tell us, if our ears are open enough to listen!

I have also run many animal communication workshops, enabling students to gain an insight into the wonderful world of 'pet talk', and enabling them to deepen their bond of love with their animal companion.

I conduct all my communications with complete honesty and compassion. The chat we have surrounding the communication will include everything you wish to know - all the questions you want to ask of your animal companion.

A horse with a gentle sense of humour, a dog with an enduring sense of his post as head of the household, a cat with a taste for wanderlust......they all have their say! I have helped to track lost animals, comfort those that are dying, work out why an animal has a behaviour problem, and have given reassurance to owners that their pet is wonderfully happy living with them!

I am happy to give Reiki or natural spiritual healing to any animal, and this I use in conjunction with communication.
